The purpose of this Protocol is to define the framework of action of the University of Santo Tomás, in its different headquarters, sectional and university attention centers, in situations of harassment, with the purpose of preventing, attending and mitigating these facts within the Community. University, and if appropriate, impose the corresponding sanctions.
Inform, sensitize and train the entire University Community regarding the harassment in any of its manifestations. For its implementation, it is necessary the involvement of all people, collectively and individually, each member of the community is responsible for taking responsibility according to the role he occupies in the institution.
The Board of Directors, once analyzed and discussed the proposal of the PROTOCOL FOR THE VALIDATION OF MEDICAL DISABILITIES, PERMITS AND ACADEMIC EXCUSES FOR UNDERGRADUATE AND POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS OF SANTO TOMÁS UNIVERSITY, TUNJA SECTIONAL, gave its approval unanimously, finding it necessary for the institution.
The past 21 of October took place the closing of the first module of the Diploma in Coaching Tomasino, 27 students of different academic programs participated in this activity, consolidated knowledge and said YES to the initiative of social transformation and empowerment Tomasino.
