The NAFs are a social responsibility initiative proposed and guided by the DIAN to be implemented by higher education institutions. The ¬ n is to create spaces of permanent attention where students and teachers, previously trained, offer basic orientation in fiscal matters to Natural and Legal Persons without any cost in the normative and / or technical scope.
The beneficiaries with this agreement will be in the first instance the inhabitants of Tunja and surrounding municipalities of the Department of Boyacá, who need to know and access the services of the DIAN, to train as responsible taxpayers and aware of their duty to the State. , the students that will strengthen their academic training with the practical exercise in fiscal matters, approaching the community and helping to generate Tax Culture in the region.
Additionally, the Universidad Santo Tomás, Tunja section, will be an example among the academic community for its commitment to improve the training of its students and professors, by becoming the first university in this city to lead this process and help consolidate the NAF, as a fundamental aspect in the formation of a responsible citizenship. And finally the DIAN, because this pedagogical exercise and approach to the citizen, will facilitate access to services, and compliance with tax obligations, in addition to contributing to strengthen the image of the institution before society.
The services offered are:
Registration, update and cancellation of the RUT.
Accompaniment and guidance in filling out tax returns of individuals.
Tax orientation for illiquid successions.
Basic guidance on the processing of returns and compensation.
Basic orientation about the billing process.
General basic information on customs and exchange tax procedures and services.
Guidance on responsibilities of taxes on consumption.
The hours and points of attention are: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8: 00 am to 12: 00 m. and from 2: 00 pm to 6: 00 pm and Wednesday of 8: 00 am to 12: 00 m.
