2ND National EFL, ELT and ELE USTA Tunja Congress
The Languages institute “Fray Bernardo de Lugo, O.P.” is pleased to invite you to participate in its second national EFL, ELT and ELE USTA Tunja Congress, presenting proposals related to research studies, reflections, workshops or posters in English and Spanish. This event is going to be held on Thursday 3rd and Friday 4th October 2019 at Santo Tomás University in Tunja.
This academic congress brings opportunities to reflect about the current EFL, ELT and ELE practices of the Colombian schools and universities to English and Spanish teachers, department directors, students, and in general, active participants of the academic community. Besides, participants create academic spaces to share about meaningful experiences in the field of teaching and learning English and Spanish.

Jaime Ancajima Alama holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, has finished his studies of TEFL Master, holds the CPE Cambridge University Certificate and has two TESOL Certificates he got in England and in Costa Rica. He also took a course on American Culture and Society at New York University.
He’s given workshops in Peru, Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia, Spain and in Ecuador. He works at Universidad de Piura as the Teacher Trainer Unit Coordinator and Professor at the Education school. He’s also a Speaking Examiner for Cambridge ESOL Exams.
